This is the previously unreleased Bèlkètre's 1998 2-track demo 'Xèr.n O-r.iidr', the first one that I recorded for Bèlkètre after the dissolution of the Black Legions Circle, and also the first one that I recorded entirely alone!
Very corrosive material, as I then had to deal with extremely difficult conditions of life, and to vomit a lot of anger... Back then, I considered this demo as the last of what I call 'Bèlkètre's first life'; but today, with so much hindsight, I think of it more as a pivotal work between two periods. The song 'Xèr.n O-r.iidr' remains one of my favourite in the entire discography of Bèlkètre!
For this demo, the lyrics are not sung in English nor in Gloatre anymore, but in a new language that I created at the same time ('Vèh.èrdrévalr.yandr'), and used again much later for 'Ryan Èvn-a'!
