Autumn 2021 was the 30th anniversary of the Entity known as Vordb. Already quite a Journey! I of course wanted to do a few things to celebrate it in an interesting way; but rather than mainly focus on myself, which anyway I do sufficiently through my permanent work with the Kaleidarkness Network, I thought it might be much more interesting to focus on what has been 'spawned' by the Vordb Entity throughout these three chaotic decades! Because indeed, one of the most rewarding (and unexpected!) things which happened during this time was that my work seemingly inspired many people throughout the world and, directly or indirectly, triggered a lot of things beyond my own musical sphere...

So I decided to create a digital compilation presenting what I would call the 'Vordb Entity's Spawn'. It would be open to any artist who felt that my own work somehow played a part in their own artistic journey (regardless of genre). It would allow 1 song per artist (except for my KARL Patrons who were allowed 2 if they wished, and same for the artist creating the artwork). It could not be a cover of one of my songs, nor a song from a collaboration with me, as this compilation was about the Vordb Entity's spawn, not about Vordb himself! This digital compilation would be available on Kaleidarkness bandcamp as a free, permanent download (no one would earn money!). In short a release only about Art, and how it can be transmitted and kept alive from one generation to the next...

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome that this project received, and in the beginning of February 2022, I was finally in a position to create this compilation featuring 25 bands/projects from 13 different countries (USA, Poland, Russia, France, Belarus, Canada, Belgium, Mexico, Australia, UK, Netherlands, Japan and Finland). Some established artists, some less known, some almost unknown; they are all artists for me, and I respect them equally!

Listening to what I received, I was amazed at the variety and the richness of their pieces; some I already knew, others I didn't. They connected to the main elements that were developed through my and the Circle's work, but more importantly, open something beyond it. Even to this day, it's still difficult for me to realise that my work could in any way inspire all these fascinating artists from all four corners of the world! I want to tell them that now, they might inspired me in return, thus creating an unending artistic chain... I like this idea very much!

I am now happy and proud to present these artists to you in TVES compilation (please click on 'info' for each piece and it will open on the page of the piece where you can read a few lines that I wrote to present each artist). And if you can and want to spread this compilation, and support them, please do so, because I think they really deserve your attention and support!

It is to them, that I dedicate this compilation! May each of them continue to walk on the path they have chosen, through a journey which I hope, will be as rich and instructive as mine has been for already three decades and continues to be...
